Refund & Cancellation

At Lotus Life Mastery™ LLC, we are committed to providing a thoughtful and supportive experience through our coaching, digital programs, workshops, retreats, and events.
Please review the following policy before purchasing any of our services.

Digital Programs & Guided Meditations

Our digital programs, guided meditations, and downloadable resources are delivered electronically.
Because immediate access is provided, all purchases of digital products are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Once access has been granted, refunds will generally not be issued.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.

Free Guided Meditation

Our free guided meditation is provided as a complimentary resource.
As no payment is required, it is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

One-on-One Coaching

Coaching sessions are reserved specifically for each client.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled within the required notice period may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Missed appointments or cancellations made after the notice period may be considered forfeited and are generally not eligible for a refund.

Coaching Packages

If coaching packages are offered, any refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Unused sessions may be handled according to the specific agreement for your coaching package.

Workshops

Workshop registrations may be transferred or rescheduled only if stated in the event details.
Unless otherwise specified, workshop registrations are non-refundable after confirmation.
If Lotus Life Mastery™ LLC cancels or reschedules a workshop, participants will be offered an appropriate alternative, transfer, or refund where applicable.

Retreats

Retreat planning involves commitments to venues, accommodations, and event partners.
Deposit and payment terms will be clearly communicated during registration.
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the retreat-specific terms provided at the time of booking.
If Lotus Life Mastery™ LLC cancels a retreat, participants will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund of eligible payments.
Travel expenses, airline tickets, accommodation booked independently, insurance, and other personal costs remain the responsibility of the participant.

Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagements are governed by individual agreements with the hosting organization.
Cancellation, travel, scheduling, and payment terms will be outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Technical Issues

If you encounter problems accessing your purchased content, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or resolve technical issues promptly.

Payment Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or a payment has been processed in error, please contact us promptly so we can review the transaction and resolve the issue where appropriate.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.
Requests outside this policy may be reviewed individually at our discretion, although approval is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any updates will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
